Our Story
The Hope Community Counselling Centre comes under the umbrella of Hope Community Trust which is a social services arm of the Rangiora Baptist Church. Whilst we are a Christian organisation, we serve people of all faith groups and beliefs or none. We believe that everyone has the right to have food on their plate, dignity, skills, a chance to work and hope for the future. Vision - We seek to provide a service that is professional, friendly, easily accessible and affordable. Mission - Our goal is to come alongside each person as they take steps to live greater wholeness, healing and fulfilment. Ethics - We offer our clients support within a therapeutic framework that is respectful and mindful of needs, beliefs and values. Networking - We value working with health practitioners and other social service agencies in our local and wider community. All our counsellors and in-training counsellors are members or provisional members of NZ Association of Counsellors or NZ Counsellors Association. |
